• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data from various sources into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections where necessary to ensure data integrity.
• Handle and process sensitive and confidential legal and compliance documents with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Generate reports, retrieve data from the database, and perform periodic data audits as requested by advisory teams.
• Comply with data integrity, security policies, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and managed effectively.
