Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
- Ensure optimal client interaction with no cold calling or door knocking involved.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state license (we'll guide you through the process!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and ability to interpret account health metrics.
- Experience in identifying expansion opportunities with a focus on client satisfaction.
