Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Ensure optimal client interaction with no cold calling or door knocking involved.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state license (we'll guide you through the process!).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and ability to interpret account health metrics.
• Experience in identifying expansion opportunities with a focus on client satisfaction.

Pay

Competitive compensation ranging from $30,000 - $50,000 part-time, with advancement potential based on personal goals.
