- Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries received via email, telephone, and our online support portal.
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate technical support and troubleshooting for Ohmium's green hydrogen solutions.
- Efficiently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate senior support teams in a timely manner.
- Maintaining meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our CRM system.
- Developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Aiding in the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and customer-facing support documentation.
- Proactively gathering customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in using help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management) and CRM systems.
- A high degree of computer literacy and experience with remote support tools.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or the green technology sector is highly desirable.
A competitive hourly wage of $26 - $48 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
