Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We’re hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate I in United States to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals. Position is remote (United States). Hiring restrictions: we are not currently hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, FL, IL, ME, MD, MA, MS, NJ, NY, OR, RI, TX, VT, WA, Washington, DC, and Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch
