Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat.
• Proactively identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records with accuracy and detail.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
• A high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace are essential for this role.

Pay

Competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $125,000 USD, dependent on experience.
