Responsibilities
As a Customer Service - Product Support representative, you will
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to product inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Provide feedback to improve product features and customer experience
