About the role
A Fiserv Customer Service Representative serves as the central contact providing exceptional customer service for Fiserv’s small to enterprise business merchants using Fiserv’s Ecommerce, Terminal, and Clover point-of-sale (POS) processing systems. You will assist business merchants by answering basic questions, performing account updates, and researching transaction, billing, and funding issues.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your knowledge and expertise to answer questions and resolve problems—no two customers or issues are the same
- Assist with account details: maintenance/changes, statements, processing fees/billing
- Validate credit card numbers, authorization codes, expiration dates, batch information
- Verify closed batches, deposit/funding information, and submit funding investigations
- Assist with business track enrollment (account web portal), password resets, and navigation; educate on online self-service tools
- Handle tax information including 1099k and W-9 forms and account cancellations
- Process supply orders
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, technology support, or customer service
- Quiet and secure home working environment free from background noise and distractions
- Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and payments
- Proficiency with computers, internet navigation, and web applications
- Sufficient internet speed: Ping less than 50 ms, Download >12.0 Mbps, Upload >2.0 Mbps
Qualifications
- Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting 2 years or more
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, metric-driven call center environment
Pay
Salary range: $17.50–$19.50 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Annual salary range: $27,000.00–$41,400.00 (varies by state). This position is not eligible for annual incentives or commissions.
Schedule
- Training starts September 21, 2026 (9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday) for 9 weeks
- Working schedule includes 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekend availability required
