Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring prompt vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner, accurately gathering and following customer requirements.
  • Enter data promptly and precisely record the unit's location, ensuring accurate billing information is communicated.
  • Handle estimates promptly and accurately, making outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
  • Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
  • Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Proactive and able to multitask and problem solve.

Qualifications

  • Preferred a degree in a related discipline or industry experience.

Skills

Proactive, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service experience are essential.

Pay

Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour, with potential for additional compensation including commission and/or an incentive program.

Schedule

Available work schedules are TBD, but the position operates in a 24/7/365 environment.
