About the role
The Remote Client Coordination Specialist – Travel Services will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, coordinating with travel agencies, and ensuring all travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage client travel requests and coordinate with travel agencies to ensure timely and accurate booking of flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on travel plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding travel expenses and documentation.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding their travel arrangements and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain records of all travel-related activities and communicate these to relevant departments within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
