About the role

The Remote Client Coordination Specialist – Travel Services will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, coordinating with travel agencies, and ensuring all travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client travel requests and coordinate with travel agencies to ensure timely and accurate booking of flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on travel plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding travel expenses and documentation.
  • Handle inquiries from clients regarding their travel arrangements and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all travel-related activities and communicate these to relevant departments within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
