Remote Call Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner - 64088BR

TeamHealth is seeking a quality‑driven Nurse Practitioner to join the remote telephonic clinical call coverage team, providing weekend day coverage for skilled nursing facilities. The role offers excellent support, training, and autonomy, with a comprehensive onboarding program and access to innovative population‑health data reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care to optimize and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Multiple state NP licenses are required; active New Mexico, Nevada, Washington, and Kansas NP licenses are strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed.
• Experience in post‑acute and/or telephone triage required.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a positive outlook.
• Weekend availability required.

Pay

Compensation is estimated at $60 – $60 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available, providing weekend day clinical telephonic call coverage.
