About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Call Center Triage Registered Nurse to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will provide patient-facing triage support in a remote call center environment, helping ensure timely, accurate, and professional care coordination. The nurse will manage patient requests efficiently, maintain clear documentation, and support follow-through on clinical tasks that help patients access the care and services they need. Strong communication, independent judgment, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering a reliable and compassionate patient experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$108,000 – $155,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to patients
• Follow prescription refill policies competently
• Remain engaged with patients without background distractions
• Document calls clearly and precisely
• Complete patient requests before ending calls
• Manage the patient task queue ensuring all items are completed
• Schedule appointments and arrange transport for patients as needed

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary state Registered Nurse license in all states of practice
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Proactive in managing licenses and fulfilling CE requirements
• Ability to work independently with consistent reliability
• High-level conscientiousness in a remote work setting
