Remote Call Center Representative

In this role, you'll help people navigate some of life's most important and challenging moments, including welcoming a new child, caring for a loved one, or managing a serious health condition.
About the role
As a Contact Center Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for individuals seeking information and support regarding healthcare benefits and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 25-40 inbound calls per day
- Assist customers with claims, benefits, account registration, and payment inquiries
- Guide users through online portals, mobile applications, and document uploads
- Provide compassionate support during sensitive and emotional situations
- Verify caller information and accurately document interactions in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot account access and basic technical issues
- Partner with internal teams to ensure complete and accurate resolution of customer concerns

Requirements
- 4.5+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience
- Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle complex or lengthy customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Must reside in Colorado within 100 miles of Denver
- Quiet, professional home workspace required
- Wired internet connection required
Training & Work Environment
- Approximately 2 weeks of paid training
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST
- Company equipment provided
- Must attend an in-person equipment pickup in downtown Denver on your first day
Pay
$25.67/hour with weekly pay.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Department hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST
- Start date: September 14th
