Remote Call Center Representative (79543)

About the role

Qualified Staffing is seeking individuals to survey voters on behalf of political candidates, political action committees, and lobbying groups. This is a remote position offering flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and a great source of secondary income. The role is titled Clerical / Remote Call Center Representative.

Responsibilities

• Calling local voters to complete political surveys (some surveys may include tough social issues)
• Conducting project‑based surveys

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice
• Upbeat personality
• Detail oriented
• Persistence (thick skin)
• Adaptable and available

Requirements

• Adaptable and available to accept shifts with as little as 24‑hour notice
• Own Windows computer (not in permanent S‑Mode)
• Internet access (not T‑Mobile Home Internet) with proof of ≥20 Mbps
• USB headset
• Ability to read through a phone script with personality
• Available to complete an in‑person training course

Pay

Compensation: $12 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible shifts: 10 am – 5 pm, 1 pm – 5 pm, or 5:30 pm – 9 pm (or 11 pm). Includes a dinner break between 5:00 pm‑5:30 pm and a 15‑minute break for every 4 hours worked. Expected workload ≈20 hours per week.
