Responsibilities
- Connect with consumers by phone (inbound & outbound) to resolve past-due accounts
- Achie-and exceed-monthly performance goals in a results-driven environment

Requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong negotiation skills with competitive & winning attitude
- Excel in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments

- Tech-savvy with ability to use multiple systems
- High performers driven to grow and consistently beat expectations
- 1-2+ years of Call Center experience (bonus: previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service with a track record of success)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

Pay
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule & Training
- Paid Training - 3 weeks on site in Yuma County with subsequent on the job training through the use of Teams or Zoom
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm OR Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Work From Home Requirements: High Speed Internet - Cable or Fiber (no cellular hotspots), Private Area - Locked door with desk & chair, Noise & Access Control - Children, pets, people, and electronics cannot be present during working hours, Webcam - Ability to be on webcam during working hours
