Key Responsibilities
- Cook up daily operational and administrative activities across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate digital records, databases, and company documentation.
- Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Aid in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating virtual appointments.
- Process business documents, reports, and operational requests with accuracy.
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and operational tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in business operations, administrative support, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
