Business Operations Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives and special projects through coordination, organization, follow-up, and documentation.
• Aid in the preparation of presentations, reports, communications, and meeting materials.
• Partner on maintaining project trackers, business resources, operational documentation, and reporting tools.
• Support process improvement, technology, automation, AI, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of business tools using Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to support the execution of organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits, account management, client service, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting projects, reporting, business operations, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience creating presentations, communications, and business documentation.
• Interest in technology, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and operational efficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
