We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager that is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving the reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities of i2G Systems. This role partners closely with Operations, Service, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to transform business data into actionable insights that drive performance, accountability, and strategic decision-making. The Business Intelligence Manager will serve as the company's primary expert in Smartsheet development, administration, reporting, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and systems integration. This individual will work directly with senior leaders to understand business needs, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), build executive-level reporting tools, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve operational effectiveness and support organizational growth. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex projects independently, and a passion for process improvement and business optimization.
