About the role

As a Remote Booking Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will handle bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely booking processing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
