About the role

Join our dynamic travel booking team as a Remote Booking Agent. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our remote team. This position involves assisting customers with travel inquiries, booking flights and accommodations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Ensure all bookings meet company policies and regulations
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints
• Update customer records and maintain accurate information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
