Responsibilities
- Provide individualized parent-training sessions through telehealth
- Develop meaningful, measurable parent-training goals
- Teach parents and caregivers practical, evidence-based ABA strategies
- Provide coaching related to behavior, communication, independence, daily routines, and other individualized needs
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Communicate regularly with Thrive’s clinical and administrative teams
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required
- Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required
- Experience providing parent training, caregiver coaching, or family consultation preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principles
- Ability to explain clinical concepts in practical, family-friendly language
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected and responsive to the clinical team
