Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – PT, Evenings & Weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized parent-training sessions through telehealth
• Develop meaningful, measurable parent-training goals
• Teach parents and caregivers practical, evidence-based ABA strategies
• Provide coaching related to behavior, communication, independence, daily routines, and other individualized needs
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Communicate regularly with Thrive’s clinical and administrative teams

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required
• Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required
• Experience providing parent training, caregiver coaching, or family consultation preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principles
• Ability to explain clinical concepts in practical, family-friendly language
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected and responsive to the clinical team
