Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
This is a 100% remote position supporting cases in the Southern California area. The position is open to applicants residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
- Drive Positive Change: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
- Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
- Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passport required for international travel (if applicable)
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using Central Reach
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay
$82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
Schedule
Mon-Fri flexibility in the early and late afternoons up until 6pm, some nights, with some evenings until 8pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control!
