What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, with flexibility to complete planning and data analysis remotely.
  • Conduct assessments and provide supervision to behavior technicians, both in-person and via telehealth platforms, on a part-time schedule.
  • Collaborate with families through virtual or in-person consultations to support client progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using our virtual electronic data collection system for efficient, light paperwork.

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

  • Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
  • Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual collaboration.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus but not required.
