Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
- Fully licensed and previously worked in Tennessee.

Pay
Pay range: $75,000–$85,000 yearly
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Shifts: flexible, based on your availability
- Time zones: EST, CDT, MDT, PST
- Location: fully remote
