Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families
Requirements
- Must reside in New Jersey
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina

Pay
Competitive Salary: $95,000–$105,000
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $116,600 annually
