Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, creating detailed financial models to project performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports, analyzing variances against forecasts.
- Analyze sales, margin, and expense trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and executive teams to support decision-making, such as capital investments or price strategies.
- Maintain robust financial systems and controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
