The role / impact

As a Finance Analyst, you will serve as the operational backbone for expense management across our Go-To-Market (GTM) Americas finance team. You will lead the week-to-week and month-to-month forecasting, tracking, and reporting of expenses and headcount, ensuring leadership receives accurate financial insights and reporting packs ahead of key business reviews. Beyond driving the core operational cadence, this position offers direct visibility and growth across broader financial planning and analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with revenue operations, department budget owners, and global finance teams, while gaining hands-on exposure to deal modelling, capacity planning, and annual budget cycles.

Team & How They Connect

You will join a focused, collaborative team of three finance professionals located across Denver and New York supporting our Americas Go-To-Market organization. The team manages financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to guide business growth across the region. Working closely alongside revenue operations, budget owners, and global finance partners, the team maintains an open and communicative environment to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.

Where And How You Can Work

This role can be based in our Denver or New York offices, or worked remotely across North America. We offer flexible working arrangements designed to support balance, productivity, and team connection, with office-based team members utilising hybrid spaces for collaborative days and shared team activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in FP&A, accounting, or commercial finance with a strong foundation in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, alongside experience or interest in financial systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a track record of balancing multiple recurring reporting cadences and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, taking pride in delivering accurate financial data and QA-checked reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to building relationships with non-finance budget owners and cross-functional teams.

  • Expected Base Salary Range:
  • In California, New York and Washington: $102,000 - 128,000 USD
  • All other States: $85,000 - $106,000 USD

Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.

  • Variable Pay:
  • Paid bonuses and RSU (Restricted Stock Units) programs for permanent employees.
  • Performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
