What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services
- Review treatment data and monitor client progress
- Develop, update, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Support implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to ABA therapists
- Conduct clinical case reviews and collaborate with caregivers
- Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best clinical practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements
