Role Overview: This is a full-time, remote position for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for delivering and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plansImplement and supervise ABA therapy programsProvide remote supervision and consultation to clients and familiesTrain and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staffMonitor progress through data collection and analysisCollaborate with families, caregivers, and professionalsMaintain accurate documentation and participate in team reviewsEnsure compliance with ethical standards and regulationsTravel to client sites approximately 20-30% of the timeStay updated with current ABA research and practices Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from BACBState licensure as applicableAt least 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autismProficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologiesExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience with electronic health records
