About the role
We are seeking a full-time remote Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise ABA therapy programs
- Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect and analyze client data
- Collaborate with families and professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience
Skills
- Proficiency in assessment tools
- ABA methodologies
- Electronic health records
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Travel
Expected for client visits and team meetings, approximately 20-30%.
