Remote Associate

About the role

We're looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our remote team and help solve one of the world's most pressing issues—financial illiteracy. This 100% remote position provides all online tools and in-house training, so no prior financial work experience is required. Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• Interact with clients and associates on an ongoing basis, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies on business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
• Work with clients to develop customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Help clients understand their financial situation and provide expert advice on budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Think creatively and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals passionate about making a difference.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• 18 years or older.
• U.S. citizen.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, and a desire to grow.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
• Drive, passion, and desire to help people.

Qualifications

Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, management, education, coaching, or military. Financial skills or knowledge are not required, as training is provided.
