About the role

Experienced agriculture-lending professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will inherit and grow an existing portfolio of clients across Indiana, focusing on agricultural loans ranging from $1 million to $11 million. The position offers significant autonomy and the ability to close deals quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an inherited agricultural-loan portfolio across Indiana.
• Originate and underwrite agricultural credits between $1 million and $11 million.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a fast-moving lending environment.
