About the role

This role supports day-to-day digital operations with a focus on data accuracy, system updates, and administrative support within a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and platforms
  • Review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
  • Prepare basic operational summaries and internal reports
  • Organize and securely maintain confidential digital records
  • Communicate with team members via email, chat, and workflow tools
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Minimum Qualifications (Entry Level)

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 6 months or more of administrative, data entry, operations, or related experience OR equivalent training/education
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and digital record-keeping systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Prior experience supporting operations or internal teams
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Exposure to internal databases, CRM, or workflow tools
