Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Answer and respond to emails, phone calls, and other business communications.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and organize company documents.
- Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information.
- Cook up virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes when required.
- Cook up travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications as needed.
- Monitor office supplies, subscriptions, and administrative resources.
- Support managers and team members with special projects and administrative requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office assistant, or similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- A high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
