Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer and respond to emails, phone calls, and other business communications.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and organize company documents.
  • Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information.
  • Cook up virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes when required.
  • Cook up travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies, subscriptions, and administrative resources.
  • Support managers and team members with special projects and administrative requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office assistant, or similar administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
