Remote Accountant / Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and tax compliance within a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the accounts department and liaising with clients, banks, and CA professionals.
• Overseeing bookkeeping, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or IT industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and FreshBooks.
• Strong knowledge of finance, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with MS Office/Google tools.
