Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative (Closer), you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding the client base through high-volume outbound calls, using provided leads. You will follow a structured sales process, qualify prospects, handle objections, and close deals typically within 1–2 conversations. Maintaining accurate CRM records, meeting KPIs, and participating in coaching and call reviews are essential to success. This position offers opportunities to impact client growth and develop sales skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven record of closing deals
- Experience with outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and CRM management
- Ability to follow structured sales scripts and processes
- Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment with active coaching participation
- Professional fluency in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience selling to SMBs or professional services
- Ability to thrive remotely in a high-speed sales setting
- Knowledge of digital and direct-mail marketing solutions
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with call recording and feedback
- Experience managing high-volume lead lists and maintaining a clean pipeline
