Requirements

• A strong will to complete all tasks of the job in a timely, high-quality, and professional manner.
• An independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to sell the job to the client.
• A strong knowledge and understanding of all Trades Carpentry – rough and finish Tile Drywall Flooring Painting Assembly and Installation Electrical and Plumbing
• Own your own tools.
• Professional appearance.
• Clean background and drug-free.
• Ability to utilize state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of residential and commercial maintenance to include: Carpentry, Drywall, Basic plumbing and electrical, flooring and tile, assembly and installation, painting and much more.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction and Handyman experience.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge in broad range of residential and commercial maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be driven to be successful, timely, and reliable.
