About the Role
As a Remanufacturing Technician II, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. As technician II, you play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing beverage equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets or exceeds industry standards. Responsibilities
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical components
- Implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment. Use precision instruments to verify accuracy
- Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for assembly procedures
- General bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment sales
- Inspect all components for wear, damage, or defects. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify any issues and document findings
- Maintain a professional work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) or GED equivalent required
- Lift up 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
- Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
- Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
