- New licensees with the right heart are welcome — a long production history is not the requirement.
- You Get the Life: Military spouse, veteran, brat, or someone who has lived close enough to base life to understand what a PCS move does to a family.
- You're a Local Expert — Or Ready to Be: From the best breakfast tacos in Universal City to which subdivisions back up to the flight line.
- You're a Problem Solver: Long-distance moves run on virtual tours, detailed checklists, and communication that doesn't drop. You're ready to deliver.
- You'd Rather Be Trusted Than Slick: You care more about a family landing in the right home the first time than about closing the deal.
