Relocation Opportunity - Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Track machine service intervals
• Order parts
• Diagnose issues using real-time data
• Practice safe job practices
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation
• Aid in training lower-level technicians
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
• Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime pay after 40 hours. On-call scheduling may apply with additional compensation.

Pay

$28 - $52/hr (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Trade school certificate preferred
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
• Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be clean-shaven for certain customer sites
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
