Relocation Assistance - BCBA Leader

About the role

The BCBA Leader is responsible for overseeing the clinical services team in Minneapolis, MN. This position requires extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a current BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services team to ensure quality ABA services are provided to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct progress evaluations and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Mentor and train new BCBA staff members.
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA and BCBA roles.
• A current BCBA certification.
• Experience managing a team of BCBA's.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
