Relocation Assistance - BCBA Leader

About the role

The BCBA Leader is responsible for overseeing the clinical services team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position requires a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a current BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services team to ensure quality ABA services are provided to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Mentor and train new BCBA staff members.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients and their families.

Requirements

• A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA and behavior analysis.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of BCBA's.
