About the role

Relief Veterinary Technicians and Relief Veterinary Assistants are needed to support Petfolk's mission of blending high-quality medicine with a welcoming, connected experience for pets, their families, and the professionals who care for them.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of procedures and treatments
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics
• Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and patient histories
• Promote low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
• Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow

Qualifications
