About the role

This is not a “just fill in” role. We’re looking for a doctor who can take the lead on cases, connect with clients, and confidently perform surgery. We would like someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care across a wide range of small animal cases.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries independently and efficiently (surgery skills required).
• Build trust with clients through clear and compassionate communication.
• Step in seamlessly and keep the day running smoothly.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent with an active (or eligible) Oklahoma license.
• Strong GP experience and clinical confidence.
• Proven surgical proficiency—this is a must.
• Adaptability, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Someone who enjoys jumping in and making an impact.
