About the role
As an Associate Veterinarian at VCA, you will use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy, confidence, and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled veterinary care to patients.
- Perform routine and complex medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Participate in continuing education to stay updated on veterinary practices.
- Collaborate with other veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school.
- Valid state license to practice veterinary medicine.
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
