Compensation
$37.00/hour USD plus $50 per diem each night out of town; travel, meals and accommodations paid by Chemtrade
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck
- Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork
- Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations
- Become familiar with plant operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Occupational Requirements
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
- Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be “fit for duty”
Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
- Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
- Clean driving record for the past three (3) years
- Physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
- Able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely
