RELIEF PIT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the table games department
• Act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage
• Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining high standards in customer service
• Afford assistance in tracking play and game observation
• Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property
• Show good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
• Present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourage others to do the same
• Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager
• Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual
• Oversee the Table Games area
• Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible and able to work all shifts, any weekend, and holiday
• Required Work Cards: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Registration
