About the role
Responsible for the safe operation of the compounding line
Responsible for performing each position within the compounding process
Responsible for setting up and calibrating raw material feeders to ensure proper throughput of materials
Ensures a safe operation producing a compound that meets specifications and is delivered on time
Attends job-related training as required
Follows established standard operating procedures
Performs general housekeeping duties
Operates a powered industrial truck (PIT) as needed
