Relief Night Auditor/Shuttle Driver
About the role
Audit and balance credit card transactions
Post and maintain banquet event orders
Set property management system to following day
Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
Communicate with night security, report any guest issues
Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etc
Ensure guest wake up calls are logged into phone system
Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

Requirements
- Previous Front Desk/Night Audit experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train!
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
- Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Organized with a great eye for detail
- Kind to others and always bring your best
- A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
