Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to animals in need
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in continuing education to stay current in emergency medicine

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required
• Passionate about animal welfare and committed to providing high-quality care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
